Step by step

Idea to first sample in 14 days

In the first week we begin with an online workshop to define the product vision, ingredient strategy and performance expectations.

 

Based on this discussion we design the initial formula and coordinate with one of our trusted manufacturing partners to begin sample development.

 

Within approximately two weeks you receive the first product sample for evaluation and refinement.

Packaging designed for production

Once the formula sample enters development, we begin designing the product packaging based on your brand and visual direction.

 

If you already have a design prepared, we adapt it to the manufacturer’s packaging template and ensure all required legal and regulatory elements are included.

 

You can then choose to either review a video sample from the packaging factory or receive a physical packaging sample for approval, depending on the project timeline.

Production and first order delivery

Once the formula and packaging samples are approved, we proceed with placing the first production order with one of our manufacturing partners.

 

From the moment production begins, the first batch is typically ready within 3–4 weeks, depending on product type and packaging.

 

Throughout the process we coordinate the factory, packaging production and final quality checks to ensure everything is ready for launch.

 

This streamlined workflow allows our clients to move from product idea to finished market-ready product within 60–90 days.

What happens after the first order?

Once your first production batch has been delivered and the product launch is complete, you have full flexibility in how you want to continue.

 

Many clients choose to keep working with us for future production runs, product expansions and new launches. In that case we continue managing the process with our manufacturing partners to ensure smooth and efficient scaling.

 

You can also choose to take over the factory relationships yourself. If so, we ensure a seamless transition and provide all necessary contacts and documentation.
